Terms & Conditions

• Course fees for the In-Class Course are inclusive of classroom training, guided lesson planning, Vantage TEFL Certification observed teaching practices, lifetime job support, requisite quizzes and exams required course materials, and final TEFL International Certificate.

• The TEFL International Certificate for the In-Class Course is validated by Lamar University (Texas, USA). A transcript will also be issued awarding three (3) undergraduate college credits. 

 

• Course fees for the Combined Course are inclusive of the online curriculum and coursework, classroom training, guided lesson planning, Vantage TEFL Certification observed teaching practices, lifetime job support, required course materials and final International TEFL and TESOL Training Certificates. 

 

• Fees for both courses are not inclusive of visas, transportation, accommodation, food or any other personal expenses incurred outside of training.

 

• A Deposit must be made to reserve a seat in a Vantage TEFL Certification course. The deposit fee will be deducted from the full course fee. The balance of the tuition fee is to be paid on or before the first day of the course. 

 

• Deposits will not be refunded unless Vantage TEFL Certification is unable to deliver the course as per the dates indicated on the application.

 

• Documented medical, personal, and family emergencies may result in a refund minus a 25% administration fee. In any event, such refunds are awarded at the full discretion of Vantage TEFL Certification.

 

• Deposits are transferable to any course start date within one year of the original date indicated on the application, so long as notification of delay is provided at least 15 days before the course begins.

 

• Course fees listed are based upon satisfactory completion of the course within four weeks of the course start date. In the event that additional support is needed, the review of assignments and exams will be billed at a rate of US$30, while additional guided lesson planning and observed teaching practice will be billed at the rate of US$75.

 

• In the event that the enrollee must withdraw from the course due to a documented medical or family emergency, Vantage TEFL Certification agrees to allow the enrollee to continue the course at a later date at no additional charge (pending space availability). In the event that the enrollee withdraws from the course for any other reason and would like to begin at a later date, an administrative fee of US$ 350 will be required to restart the course.

• These Terms & Conditions will apply automatically to anyone who applies to a TEFL course from Vantage and/or to anyone who pays his course tuition fees to Vantage TEFL Certification.
